CAN I BOOK A KID’S PARTY ONLINE?

(Please note that the event is not confirmed until a contract is signed, generated, and a 50% deposit is provided).

HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR THE ADULTS ATTENDING MY CHILD’S BIRTHDAY PARTY?

Adults that want to participate in the activity can be included at the same per person rate as the kids. Otherwise, they would be included in the food and beverage portion of the package and charged accordingly.

DOES THE GUEST COUNT INCLUDE THE BIRTHDAY CHILD?

Yes, please include the birthday honoree in your guest count.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE A CHILD IS INCLUDED IN A KID’S PACKAGE?

Any child ages 4 or older are included in the package. It is not recommended that children younger than 4 years old bowl.

WILL THE PARTY BE IN YOUR PRIVATE VIP ROOM?

Our youth parties are hosted and served on the lanes of our main concourse. If you are interested in reserving the VIP Private Room exclusively, which can accommodate up to 225 guests, please contact an Event Specialist to review rental pricing and additional food and beverage requirements.

CAN I BRING A CAKE OR CUPCAKES?

Absolutely! We just ask that it is store-bought/bakery-made. We also offer delicious dessert choices that can be added to your birthday package. Star Lanes will provide small plates, forks, and napkins for your convenience. Candles are not provided by Star Lanes. It is the responsibility of the client to cut and serve the cake.

CAN I HAVE DECORATIONS AT MY EVENT?

Star Lanes does not provide decorations. However, you are welcome to bring your own! Please no confetti, glitter, silly string, or candles (other than for the cake). No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items shall be used on walls, wood, or other fine surfaces.

WHAT IS THE XD THEATER RIDE THAT IS INCLUDED IN THE KID’S PARTY PACKAGES? CAN YOUNGER CHILDREN PARTICIPATE?  

The ride is a 4 – 5 minute, interactive experience allowing the group of riders to select their own adventure. Up to (8) guests can ride at one time. Please note:  For younger audiences, we recommend Los Banditos, Neon Ninja, or Robot Riot for XD movie selections.

GENERAL FAQ

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, to secure your event, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, as well as a signed event contract. The remaining balance and final guest count is due (5) five business days prior to your event.

If your event is within 7 business days, you may be required to submit the full amount to confirm.

WHAT IF I AM UNSURE OF MY GUEST COUNT? WHEN DO YOU NEED MY FINAL COUNT?

While keeping in mind the minimum & maximum requirements for your event, we recommend contracting for a lower guest count. Your final guaranteed guest count is due 5 business days prior to your event, and you can decrease 10% from your original contracted count.

AM I ABLE TO EXTEND OUR EVENT TIME ON-SITE?

We suggest confirming your event space in advance for the desired amount of time since there will most likely be a group booked after your event. If you do decide to extend on-site and the space is available, our management team will work with you to accommodate.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY EVENT IS CONFIRMED? 

Once you electronically sign the event contract and pay the 50% deposit, your event is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email as well.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY EVENT AFTER IT IS CONFIRMED? 

To make changes to your event, after it is confirmed, please call or email your Event Specialist listed on your contract. They will be happy to help you!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

All payments are non-refundable. Complete detail on the cancellation can be provided by your Event Specialist and will be outlined under the Terms and Conditions of the Contract.

HOW EARLY CAN I ARRIVE? WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE? 

We suggest you and your guests arrive 15 minutes early. This will allow time to check-in.  Please contact us if you are running late. We start and end your lanes according to the times stated on your event contract. However, we may be able to extend your lanes, dependent upon lane availability at the time your event ends. 

CAN I HAVE DECORATIONS AT MY EVENT?

DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE CATERING?

We are a full-service restaurant, so we do not allow outside food & beverage. If there are specific menu needs or dietary restrictions, please contact your Event Specialist to discuss the options available.

Our parties are hosted and served on the lanes of our main concourse. If you are interested in reserving the VIP Private Room exclusively, which can accommodate up to 225 guests, please contact an Event Specialist to review rental pricing and additional food and beverage requirements.

HOW DO I RESERVE THE PRIVATE VIP ROOM?

Our highly regarded VIP Private Room can accommodate up to 225 guests and includes 6 bowling lanes, bar, restrooms, lounge space, a billiard table, and a ping pong table. The room rental fee depends on the day and time of the event.  There is also a food and beverage minimum. Contact an Event Specialist to review your event and pricing in more detail.
